The mighty Maipo river offers some of the best whiterwater rafting in the chilean Andes. Enjoy an exciting 1 hour rafting trip getting through different class 3 and class 4 rapids (intermediate level), surrounded by beautiful Andean landscapes.  An ideal adventure to enjoy with friends or family, you don`t need previous experience.

Río Maipo ensures action and adventure throughout the journey. In spring and summer the melting waters comming from the Andes increases, making rafting in the Maipo river the favorite adventure of those visiting Cajón del Maipo.

 

You will be joined throughout the adventure by our expert and english speaking guides, who will know how to deliver a unique,  incredible fun and safe activity.

A great rafting alternative, for those more experienced as well as for those who do the rafting for the first time.

At the end of the rafting we will be waiting for you with a cup of tea or juice, depending on the weather conditions.

Duration:

1 hour rafting trip. You should consider in total 2.5 hours including time for getting changed and transfers to the river from our office in San José de Maipo
